By booking with Hope Cleaning Co, you agree to the following:

1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment.

2. Access to Property
Clients must provide safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time. Hot water and power must be available during the cleaning. If we cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. For End of Lease or One-Off Jobs, half payment is required upfront and the remaining half upon completion. If the client does not request a re-clean, or is not satisfied but does not want the re-clean, the second half payment is still required.

4. Cancellations
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we will return and re-clean at no extra charge if requested within 7 days.

6. Safety & Liability
We are fully insured. Pre-existing damage or wear and tear is not covered.
